1,100 square foot minimum home size
All homes must have a fully enclosed garage
Public signage on lots is prohibited (excluding realty signs)
When clearing a building site, at least 75% of the existing forest must remain intact, including most of the forest around the perimeter of the lot
Building construction must have muted, environmentally complimentary & compatible colours
